Dry Fruit Burfi

Ingredients :

  • Teff - 25 gms
  • Mixed Dry Fruits - 50 gms (Almond,cashew,pumpkin seeds,sesame)
  • Dates - 250gms
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. In a pan Roast Teff with ghee till it’s aroma comes
  2. Add roasted dry fruits and grinded dates,mix it well till the mixture becomes hard
  3. Switch off the stove & pour it into a greased pan
  4. After a while cut it either with a cutter or a knife
