Rural Marketing

The end to end solution is our ethics in our mission. Whatever the projects have been initiated by Kadamba, we find an integrated solution for that project categorically.

We have been associated with our rural entrepreneurs as well as farmers since long back. But, the major concern is to provide proper marketing support for their produces. Therefore Kadamba took initiatives for building up the rural marketing network.

Started with the State level marketing fair in Sirsi, we stepped forward and formulated “Kadamba Agro Producers Company” and started building up our marketing networks across the region.

Now, gradually Kadamba has expanded its marketing network among the rural primary cooperative societies for purchasing agriculture produces from the farmers directly, such as Cocoa beans, Coconut etc, spices, and other home made products…

Number of motivation/awareness programmes have been organised in rural areas for the rural entrepreneurs, regarding, scientific product development, brand management, and development of marketing networks.

Lac cultivation has been very simple without any complexities and returns the produce within couple of years. Market for Lac do exists and there is least trouble on that front. The application of lac is extremely diversified and finds its usage in many of our daily utilities such as spectacles, clothes, mobiles etc., Lac doesn't push the farmer to any distress on the commercial front.
It is really heartening to mention that the farmers of Hunsuru & adjoining taluks have voluntered themselves to replace the traditional and yet harmful tobacco with lac cultivation.
Kisan Mitra Foundation in association with Kadamba organised a marketing event at Arasu Kallahalli of Hunsuru taluk, Mysuru district. The event was inaugurated by Sri. BS Yeddyurappa.
Kadamba purchased the lac produced by these farmers and cheques were released to them on the occasion.
